For every k∈Rk \in \mathbb{R}k∈R, show that there is a closed bounded totally disconnected subset XXX of some Euclidean space, such that XXX has Hausdorff dimension at least kkk. [Standard properties of Hausdorff dimension may be quoted without proof if carefully stated.]
