Find a linear change of coordinates such that the quadratic form

2x2+8xy6xz+y24yz+2z22 x^{2}+8 x y-6 x z+y^{2}-4 y z+2 z^{2}

takes the form

αx2+βy2+γz2\alpha x^{2}+\beta y^{2}+\gamma z^{2}

for real numbers α,β\alpha, \beta and γ\gamma.
